Panda's Thumb

One of the first formations to be climbed in Yangshuo, back in the late 90s, Panda's Thumb (sometimes also called Thumb Peak) is a great beginner multipitch area, especially with its ultra-classic Happy New Year (line 4). Its incredibly easy access comes at a cost, though: located right above one of the busiest roads in the area, ascents will be anything but peaceful!
