What is your return policy?

Very simple: I want you to be happy with your poster. If you don't like it for any reason, get in touch with me and I will make it right, whether that is sending you a replacement or refunding you.

Can you tell me more about the posters?

At the moment, the posters are all of the same size, European A2 (exactly 42 x 59.4cm, or 16 x 23.5"). This is a standard size for which it should be easy to find mats and frames. I am exploring printing at larger sizes in the future. The posters are printed on heavy, high quality 170g glossy paper. They are printed by a professional lab in the south of France and are checked by me before being packaged and shipped. The prints are shipped rolled in a tube. This also means that they come without a frame (it would have to be a very wide tube otherwise).

How were the images taken?

All images were taken with professional DSLR cameras (Nikon D810 and D850) from an ultralight flying around the range, piloted by Benoit Micolon. They were all shot in 2020, with the exact date mentioned on the left side of the poster.

Can I pick up the posters in person?

Yes, you are welcome to get the prints if you are in Chamonix. Please contact me before placing your order to make sure that I will be around, as covid-19 notwithstanding, I travel quite a lot.

When will you add my favorite mountain?

That is dependent on getting the right images... Always feel free to send me a quick note with a request, as it helps me learn what to focus on during my next flight.

Can I get a bigger size, a framed version or a print without the lines?

Yes, I can offer custom printing and framing as needed. Just let me know what you are looking for, and I will get back to you with a quote.

You forgot a route, or one of the lines is wrong!

That is a definite possibility, and I apologize if that happens. Not all the routes are necessarily shown, as they might not be visible enough in this particular photo, or might be too obscure or dangerous. Please let me know about any omissions or mistakes and I will do my best to correct them on future editions.

Where do you ship? How much is shipping?

Everywhere that the French post office does, which is pretty much worldwide. Shipping costs are 5€ for France, 10€ for the European Union and 12€ for the rest of the world. Any order above 99€ also gets free shipping! Please note that I am shipping from the European Union, so there may be import duties if you are outside of the EU. Because of the relatively low value of the goods, though, it would appear that duties are waived in most cases.
